Sizing of the Donjoy Reaction Knee Brace

The Donjoy Reaction Knee Brace is available in four sizes. To find out which size you require, please measure the circumference of your thigh 15cm (6 inches) above the centre of your knee cap.

Indications for the Donjoy Reaction Support

The Donjoy Reaction Knee Brace is designed for general anterior knee pain, i.e. pain on or around the knee cap. This pain is often associated with the following conditions:

• Chondromalacia patella
• General anterior knee pain
• Osgood-Schlatter disease
• Patella osteoarthritis or mild bicompartmental osteoarthritis
• Quadriceps and patella tendonitis or tendinosis

How Does the Brace Work?

The external webbing (or elastic exoskeleton) of the Donjoy Reaction Knee Brace dampens impact forces experienced by the knee joint and disperses this energy across the knee. This helps reduce shock targeted in a specific area. The support is also fitted with an under sleeve so you remain as comfortable as possible.

Is This Support Suitable for Watersports?

This support can assist with the impacts and pain associated with water sports, but if it is used in salt water, it should be rinsed with clean water after each use. It should then be dried, as some components of the brace may wear over time if left waterlogged.
