What is the Difference Between the Nature and Nature Plus Insoles

FootActive Nature Insoles are 3/4 length, whereas Nature Plus Insoles are full length. The Nature Plus provides more comprehensive coverage but it is not a simple case of the Plus being the “better” insole.

As a 3/4 length insole the Nature is ideal for slip on shoes, narrower shoes and sandals. Since it is a full length insole the Plus is limited to lace-up shoes. At the same time, by covering the front of the foot, the plus is able to provide support to the ball of the foot and metatarsals that is unavailable in a shorter insole.

What is Pronation?
