How Do I Apply The KT Tape Pro?

Designed to be as easy to apply as possible, the KT Tape is ready to use straight out of the box. A detailed guide is included to help you get the most out of the kinesiology tape but below are some simplified instructions:

1. Before applying, make sure the skin is clean, dry and free from any creams or oils (e.g. sun cream or moisturiser). You can also trim the hair for better adhesion. For best results, apply tape an hour before athletic activity. 
2. If applying KT Tape to a joint, move it into a fully bent position. If you apply the kinesiology tape to an extended joint, you risk pulling off the tape. Maintain bent position during whole application. 
3. When applying the tape, the ends of the piece you are using should be applied directly to the skin without stretching, otherwise it could pull up and not stick.
4. The middle part of the tape can be stretched over the selected area but do not overstretch as this can lead to skin irritation or abrasions. 
5. Finally, make sure the adhesive is set by firmly going over the tape with your fingers, making sure that all edges are down.
