Where Do I Place the Metatarsal Pads?

What Is the Anterior Arch?

The anterior arch is the part of your arch nearest the front of your foot, beginning where your metatarsal heads end. The metatarsal heads are sort of like the “knuckles” on the bottom of your feet, and are the area of your sole that remains on the ground when you raise your heel and leave your toes on the ground.
